Large kitchen with breakfast area and built in desk. Front load washer and dryer, refrigerator, restored antique gas stove, dishwasher and necessary equipment to cook a meal. Formal dining area with round table and drop leaf table for additional seating. Living room with pump organ, sofa, chairs, and working gas fireplace. There is another large living area with smart TV, working gas fireplace, and plenty of seating.

Downstairs master room with king sized solid oak canopy bed and smart TV. Just off the master is a full bath that serves the downstairs. There is also a sunroom with comfortable seating and another bedroom with double bed connected to the sunroom.

Upstairs there is a large hallway with a secretary desk and sofa making a great reading area or space to relax with personal electronics.
