This was a nice little house in a cul de sac that served us just fine. It was a short 10 minutes to the Convention Center and downtown.

The house was very clean, the owner was very considerate and nice, and was able to help with issues we had.

The property is very nice and clean, not far from downtown, not walking distance but a quick drive

This is an older house that has been mostly updated. It is in a quiet culdesac and the neighbors were very nice. Southern hospitality at its best. 10-15 Minutes to downtown Convention center depending on the stop lights and time of day. Easy commute.
The downstairs master is a huge plus, so anyone else with you can have the upstairs for extra privacy.
Huge pantry, sunroom which was too hot, but that is just because it was hot! Kitchen is spacious. Ample parking. And lots of delivery choices on the food apps, if that is what you prefer.
Very homey and well decorated and thought out. Plenty of dishes.
