Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
Parties and Smoking Policy: Strictly no parties and no smoking. A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

We stayed for two nights. The cabin was clean and a good home base for adventures at nearby Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island.The kitchen had enough cookware to prepare dinner one night, and the grill had propane. The gas fireplace worked off and on, seemed a bit temperamental.The location was great. Very quiet and private among the trees. Firepit in the back yard was a plus, we used it the first night.

The house is great surroundings was absolutely beautiful. The porch on the back could have used some little work. I had a buddy sitting in a chair and fell through the floor. Other than that it was all good.
