The home was very clean and welcoming when we arrived! They left beach towels for each of us and had coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas which was very helpful. They also provided baby equipment which made our stay even more comfortable! Ray was very communicative and reactive during our stay. Some drawbacks of our stay was the kitchen. The frying pans weren't the best and there was not much available in serving pieces. It would have been nice to have plastic glasses for the pool too. The game room was cool but some of the equipment didn't work or was for smaller children. That being said it was a nice bonus room to spread out in. The neighborhood itself was just ok. Some of the houses are not kept up. The pool/hot tub area was our favorite place to hang out! That space was very well done!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, very clean and welcoming. Easiest check in process for any VRBO we have stayed at. Online description was pretty accurate of amenities. Pool and hot tub were great, spent quite a bit of time enjoying those and the table with the fireplace. Had an issue on one of the days but Ray was very responsive and quickly resolved it the following day. He checked in and always responded to any questions we had! Very accommodating! Nice area and if we find our way back to Cape Coral, we will stay again. Thank you for hosting us and we made some awesome memories!

I am very picky about being clean, and this place was CLEAN!! The pool is controlled through an app and was easy to use. Ray was great with communication and made the process easy. We traveled with our dog, which there is a separate daily fee for, and there was even dishes and toys for her. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is on a channel that we saw osprey, spotted gar, turtles, and other fish. The kitchen is stocked with clean dishes, copper pans (no teflon), 2 coffee pots (Keurig and Ninja), a toaster, and an air fryer. We were too tired to use the game room, but it has everything. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to enjoy the property throughout the day. If we ever retuen to Cape Coral, i wouldn't hesitate to return to this VRBO. I highly recommend!!! 5 stars without question.

This house was perfect for our two families with 6 kids aged 1-7 years old! Pool was perfect for littles and got nice and warm with fun lights. Love that a high chair, stroller and pack and play were available for use. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Host was quick to respond when I had any questions!
