Posizione centrale con negozi e bar sotto casa. Comoda all'autostrada. Camera piccolina ma molto carina e molto funzionale e molto pulita . Letti e cuscini comodi. 15 minut in auto da Oviedo
Avendo noi bagagli un po' scomodo il terzo piano senza ascensore. Nel periodo estivo necessari i tappi per riposare perché a causa del rumore proveniente dai bar sottostanti. Impossibile accedere alla struttura per scaricare essendo una zona pedonale. C'è possibilità di parcheggio nelle strade limitrofe. La compilazione dei moduli del check in online un po' macchinosa con relativa perdita di tempo.

Todo buena ubicación y super limpio,olía a hogar y a pesar de estar en la zona de ocio tranquilidad absoluta en la habitación.

The room was bright and clean. Instructions were on time and clear. Good value for money. Just outside is a good selection of typical asturians siderias.
The building is on a pedestrians only street and it is not mentioned in the booking (could be nice). The building itself is dirty and the doors are extremely noisy. It is not soundproof at all so you can here whenever someone enters or exit the corridor. Plus the kids running upstairs. Also the smell of detergent or synthetic perfume in the corridor is horrible. I had to unplug the one in my room (this is really bad for the lungs and for allergies).
