Lovely everything as stated. Comfortable, very clean and easy walking into Holt centre. Someone always available to contact should problems arise. Garden great for relaxing in. Perfect for getting around whether by car, bus, walking or heritage railway.
Nothing needed to be better.

We had a delightful stay at the Garden suite and our hosts could not have been more welcoming. The accommodation is perfect for a short break, and the hosts’ encouragement to enjoy their garden and facilities made it even more enjoyable. The property has everything you may need and is situated within walking distance of Holt and all its facilities.

The convenience. Every need was catered for and we were very near to the main town centre. The hosts, Sandra and Kev were very nice and made us feel very welcome.
All good.
