This is a great property. Very nice and updated. Things to know:1. You get one parking spot in the back. Street parking is only by permit. The best parking garage is a mile away.2. Bring your own body wash and shampoo. This was not provided. Not a big deal, but something to know.It is a great house and a good location. I would rent again.

Property was very nice and close to North Shore. The host did message me that there were issues with the upstairs fan - it was very hot on the third floor.

From start to finish, communication with Janele was awesome!!Can’t beat the property location and neighborhood. The unit is well appointed, clean, and the layout is more than appropriate. Would totally stay there again. Thank you!!
