Super location with easy access to the beach. The apartment is just as shown on the site. We loved the large kitchen island and the view is fantastic. The assigned parking space is indoors which is great in the Florida heat! The host is very helpful and responds quickly. We left a backpack and he was super helpful to get it back. It made all the difference!! Overall we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!!

This place was perfect for our trip to Miami. Checkin was easy and the location to the beach was perfect! David was amazing with communicating and answering questions quickly. I’d recommend this place and hope to be back to visit soon.

First of all, there were no reviews about this place before I booked, so I was really worried. I have never booked anything without reading the reviews. I BOOKED this place based off the pictures online, and I'm glad I did! PROS: The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The location was great. Communicate with the property manager was very efficient. He responded quickly each time we reached out. We were surprise to find a bottle of champagne and my favorite candy sitting on the counter top when we arrived. CONS: The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The apartment was freezing when we arrived, and we discovered that heat did not work. Manager said he would send maintenance, but they never showed up. The hot water in the tub comes out hot from the faucet, but when you turn on the shower it immediately goes cold. Taking a hot shower was a no go for the entire weekend. If those problems are fixed, this is a Perfect PLACE TO BOOK!!!!

We arrived at the condo later than we had originally anticipated. The front desk were extremely helpful and friendly with check-in. We had help with our luggage. The condo was a very welcoming space after a long drive to Florida and a day on the water. It was very well laid out and welcoming. It was very well decorated had everything that we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and nice fresh sheets. The balcony had plenty of room and faced the ocean. Our host David was very attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely love to stay there again. Sunny Isles is convenient to so many places Thankyou David
