We had a great time in the neighborhood. I even brought my pug and he loved the backyard and neighborhood when we had our walks. Only thing is the floors were dirty, our feet were black from walking on it. The dryer was not drying which was a bust because we needed to dry our towels from the beach and then the garbage disposal broke our last day.

We had to get the floors cleaned quite dirty , I think someone should check the dryer vent in the back of dryer it’s partially crushed took forever to dry clothes

Ease of access to PCB area to visit. House fit our needs very comfortably.
Garage door needs fixing as I had to hold button to close door.

The garage and florida room smelled bad.I dont know if it was from previous pets or mold but it was noticeable as soon as you walked in.The place was centrally located and the gate was nice to have so just anybody couldnt come into the neighborhood but for the money I expected more. The last place we stayed in 30A was pet freindly and it was better for the same price.
