This house is exactly as advertised and a perfect family vacation home! Plenty of rooms, plenty of space inside for everyone, even more space outside, a great pool and hot tub setup, a tiki hut, a surprise rooftop patio, and all topped off with an incredible boat dock that can accommodate just about any boat you bring or is also setup to channel fish. The house provides Incredible views, a very large kitchen with everything you would ever need, and you have all this in a quiet neighborhood that’s still private AND in the middle of everything you want in Marathon. The house itself is enough for a vacation and when you add everything The Keys provides is honestly the best.

Perfect place to stay in the Keys. We go to the Keys annually this time we had a boat this property was ideal for accommodate the cars and the trailer with plenty of dock. Extra freezer/fridge and a bait freezer and an ice maker makes it easy to get up and go! Nice kitchen, great washer/dryer for the fresh catch to be cooked and wash those clothes days we went. Rooms and bathrooms are what we need and the AC was on point! The tiki hut poolside was a nice place to chill while the kids enjoyed the pool that had a nice breeze. Also, just by luck the Mangos were ripe and falling the week we stayed so good, a vibrant orange flesh was the best. Very close to grocery stores for whatever we needed. Right after leaving we noticed we left an Apple watch and let the host know and he responded immediately letting me know cleaning staff was looking and will send it back wif found. They never found it because it was in a bag we found when we got home! Great communication-- but I never contacted the host before that, the property was all we need. WE WILL BE BACK!

The property is great, the owner is wonderful. If you have an elderly person it is a multi-level house so there are stairs involved. This was no obstacle for majority of the guests except for my Father which is elderly and normaly uses a cane. There's a boat ramp a block away and the street is quiet when there is no construction going on. Use the access to vaca cut or 7 Mile bridge to get to the ocean side, depending on your route will depend on which side you go out.

Great experience and house for our family.
