We stayed a week in the one bedroom apartment. Staff was always smiling and gave us warm greetings. Was absolutely spotless, with great kitchen amenities. Loved the big bottle of water. Good water pressure and hot water. The bed is western style comfort for a great sleep. Was very walkable to sites and restaurants, but quiet. Would stay again when in Sanur.

Couches may need to be replaced for better comfort if staying more than a few days, otherwise no complaints.

As a solo traveller I felt safe and well looked after here. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nanda and Budi. The location is excellent with Icon Mall less than a minute away. There are plenty of spas, restaurants, bars and the Night Market on the main road. The accommodation is clean and the room serviced every three days. The bed was very comfortable and having a fan in the room meant you didn’t have to use the air conditioning all the time. There is a complimentary big bottle of water and everything you need if you want to cook. I highly recommend staying here if you want excellent service, clean accommodation, a fantastic location and a safe place.

The trade-off is that if you do not like noise from the many bars/restaurants around this area it may be too noisy for you. I personally didn’t mind the noise but it may be a deal breaker if you are looking for a quiet location.

We had booked to stay here for a few nights but due to an itinerary change on our part, ended up spending just one night here. Very late/ early morning check in, instructions sent well within time and no problem at all with self check in. Such a comfy bed, beatifully clean and we'd happily stay here again for a longer time. Loved the toiletries provided, inc a razor and tooth brushes. Pool loved lovely. Kitchen was fine, could defffo make breakfast and things here.

We loved the location and as we were on the ground floor it was great to be right next to the pool, our room had an adequate kitchen area and the biggest bed we have ever seen, the lounge area had a couch and coffee table where you could sit and watch tv, however the back of the couch was broken so making it uncomfortable to sit on.

The only negative really was I was sat on the bed one day and accidentally spilt about 10 ml of Milo on the bottom sheet. I tried to clean it off but only had a micro cloth so did not do a very good job of it, I told the girl cleaning our room and she took the sheet and stuck it in a bucket of bleach, anyway this sheet was washed by the staff every day and although the stain was getting smaller it was still slightly visible. They told me I would have to buy a new sheet and that the cost would be around 500,000 Rp that was until my husband got involved and told them there was absolutely no way we were paying for a new sheet, and to be clear the stain was barely visible by this stage anyway we left and was eventually not charged, we don’t blame the staff but the Japanese owners who tell there staff they must charge guest for any accidents. The whole incident put a dampener on our stay. The staff at the hotel were fabulous and it was unfortunate for them to be put in this position.
