The character and decor
Price was a bit much for amenities. But it’s a cute place just the fact that it rents for 1100 a month but $400 for 2 days seems a bit excessive.

Great location! Perfect size for 2!
Water pressure in kitchen but its an old building no big deal

I love the southern charm of the apartment 🥰
Only thing that come make it better would be newer shampoo/ conditioner and soaps . But it is nice to have anything incase you forget yours. There did seem to be a musky smell but not too over powering.

A great location and lovely decor. A well appointed kitchen.
We had an issue with the keypad not working with the provided code. The property management company was not very helpful and it took about an hour to resolve the issue.
Also, there is no washer and dryer in the unit and this was listed as an amenity. The property looks out onto the adjacent building and it is cooked by window units which were loud.
