A wonderful location with a stunning view of the bay and Herceg Novi from the terrace and the spacious living room, which features a well-equipped kitchenette (note: a Lavazza capsule coffee maker is provided—a few capsules are included to get you started, but it is worth buying more at the nearby Voli supermarket).
The only significant drawback—aside from the distance to the private parking lot available for an extra fee (which is not an issue for physically fit individuals)—was the interruption to the water supply, which was beyond the owner's control. Annual maintenance work on the water mains takes place in September, and this year an additional breakdown occurred, disrupting the scheduled restrictions.
