The 1885 Suites

Our suite was beautifully decorated, clean, had a full kitchen, a comfy bed and was in a great location.

The room and building was very unique!

Really amazing place to stay in a stunning neighbourhood, and just a short walk to the main street in Picton. Barry, the owner, was really kind and we enjoyed his "quick one minute tour" before being left to ourselves. We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee in the mornings in the beautiful kitchen, before heading to the beach, and walking to dinner in the evenings. The bed was really comfortable and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in a little bit. You can tell a lot of thought, care, and love has gone into this place. From the unique decor, local books and art, makeup remover wipes and essentials in the bathroom, and really nice quality towels and bedding. Barry's local guide for the home, and restaurants etc was very well put together. We've stayed in many places in the area and this is one that we hope to return to next summer! Thank you for an amazing home base for our beach weekend!

There was not a single thing we didn't like.
