Hotel Millennium by Aycon

The hotel is lovely, clean and comfy. Staff were wonderful from the manager to the night staff - all were so friendly and helpful

Breakfast - needs to be hotter Evening meal was awful - sorry This was the only time staff let us down, not asking if everything with our meal was OK and avoiding clearing our plates as long as possible we felt so that they did not have to ask why we left most of the food on our plates.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was really clean and the indoor swimming pool was really enjoyable. The room was beautiful and very spacious to.

It is a bit far away from the center of Budva, and we wished that there was more choice at breakfast and more organization for that. When we arrived at breakfast, nobody checked our room and didn’t tell us where to sit or how it worked.

The staff were excellent, courteous, professional and very helpful. The receptionist we happy to assist.

The room looks good a first glance but once you actually look, you can see all the missing things. We got a free upgrade to their best room, which was like an apartment. This room had a lot of potential but it seemed to us like it was not completed yet. They also gave us free access to their private jacuzzi rooftop which was okayish. I enjoyed the big bed- though the mattress was bad and didnt offer a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the tub in the bedroom. The room had many options for light (many lamps).

I expected a lot more for the 150 euro a night that I paid for. Breakfast had very very little choices of very basic food. The room had no toiletries which is weird for such a hotel. Parking was limited. The floor of my room was dirty and had shoe marks. The kitchenette had a dirty sink and the fridge had a half drunken bottle of water. The shower drain didnt work properly and half the bathroom would flood. One of the towels had a very weird substance on it- pretty disgusting. I will not be visiting again.
