The location was excellent, buses and tubes nearby. Lots of places to eat. Not many pubs but they weren’t too far away. Lovely bathroom but not spa bath. There was a washing machine but this was not advertised.
The balcony although small had views of London Eye.
The lift was amazing.
There was no free coffee as advertised but they did try and organise for delivery but we were out. Also clothes maiden full of wet washing on arrival which was odd. Told not to wear shoes inside which is fine but they should provide free slippers for that price. I think that the towels were not luxury enough for the price. Download the instructions before getting there are the signal in the street wasn’t the best.

Location
Arrived without receiving check in details. Multiple calls, no answer, then tried WhatsApp and finally received the details
and then upon entering the apartment we found a drying rack full of towels and linen
