Near to CIQ, 10 min walking distance with cover walk way

Zero guideline to find the unit block. I drove around the entire building three times, scanning every block label along the way, and still couldn't locate it. I even asked a security guard for directions and got sent the wrong way. Then I tried calling the WhatsApp contact number for help no one picked up. In the end, I had to give up driving, park in the parking lot, and walk around myself just to find the unit block, which absurdly is only identifiable from inside the building, not from outside where any driver actually needs it. This is completely unacceptable. Basic wayfinding guideline is not a luxury, it's a baseline requirement, and if you're going to publish a WhatsApp "help" line, someone needs to actually answer it. Wasting 20+ minutes circling a building, getting wrong directions from security guard and then getting ignored on the one contact channel meant for exactly this situation is a serious failure in basic property management. Fix your guideline, or at least pick up the phone.

Mattress was a bit worn down

Due to the location of the property, is quite difficult to obtain the key card and access card even with the help of the host which already send the guide video thru WhatsApp. Overall of the stay is excellent.

The fridge is somehow not working. Not cool enough to chill the drinks and the freezer can't solidified the water to become ice. The aircon at the living hall keep turning off every 30 minutes which is quite annoying, One of the light at the bathroom was fused. Overall it is a quite satisfying stay.

Prime location, very close to CIQ and all the convenience & food outlets below.

1. Rather rundown. Clothesline at balcony old. 2. I am extremely disappointed with how this matter was handled. My family and I were accused of breaking a glass horse decoration, despite the fact that we did not break it. What is even more concerning is that no proper investigation appeared to have been conducted before the staff pointed fingers at us. Instead, I was simply shown a snapshot of the cleaner’s hand holding the broken item as though this was sufficient evidence to establish our responsibility. I strongly urge the management to look into this matter more carefully and objectively before making accusations against customers. Why was a photograph of the broken decoration on the ledge not taken immediately, before the item was picked up? How can a snapshot of a cleaner holding a broken object possibly prove that a customer was responsible for breaking it? To make matters worse, when I sought clarification and tried to address the issue, the staff became unresponsive. This lack of communication, combined with the premature accusation and apparent absence of a proper investigation, is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to defend themselves against accusations that are unsupported by proper evidence. I expect the management to take this complaint seriously, investigate the incident thoroughly, and provide a proper explanation of how this situation was handled. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has left me questioning the establishment’s standards of professionalism and customer service.
