Beautiful apartment in a gated community (Military Area), fully furnished in a family-friendly atmosphere, 200 meters from the beach (you can hear the sound of the waves), with a farmers’ market on Saturdays, an Extra supermarket, a 24-hour bank, a gas station, and a pharmacy all nearby.
Private barbecue area for you to grill meat with your family and friends, and a spacious
garage for your car!!!
Two-story house with 50 m², open-concept living room/kitchen, laundry room, barbecue area, and bathroom on the lower level; bedroom with en suite bathroom and balcony on the upper level; and one covered parking space.
