Welcome to Sandy Bottom Villa, a fabulous 4-bedroom beachfront villa on the southeastern side of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. This home is represented by Exceptional Villas, the top-rated luxury villa rental company as supported by Trustpilot reviews.

A modern oasis, surrounded by silky sands and lush green foliage, Sandy Bottom Villa is located on the Turtle Tail peninsula. Designed and constructed to capture as much as the beautiful panorama on display as possible, this contemporary property is amply equipped to behold the bay in its beauty. The multilevel terrace hosts an elevated infinity-edge swimming pool that seems to join with the endless expanse of ocean beyond. Surrounding it, numerous seating options are arranged to enjoy the view, no matter what level you find yourself on. Soak up the sun on a lounger, swing lazily from a hammock and doze to the sound of the waves against the shore, and should the heat get too much, dive into the cool waters of the pool and have a drink at the wet bar.

Embracing the indoor-outdoor living lifestyle, the villa’s interior enjoys vast volumes of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows and doorways, so that no opportunity is missed to marvel at the fabulous vista the villa looks out on. Using a range of tonal greys bookmarked by black and white in the colour palette, the clean, refined décor lend the interior a modern sophistication. The open-plan great room, hosting kitchen, lounge and dining area, all enjoy spectacular views; the lounge, filled with plush seating, faces towards the glass so that you can gaze out in comfort. A TV cabinet that hides away the screen ensures that the display beyond the glass is undisturbed. The sleek dining table is set to wine and dine beneath a beautiful contemporary light fixture.

The primary bedroom, based in the main villa, is located on the top floor and boasts unparalleled views on all sides of the sea and surrounding landscape. All bedrooms enjoy palatial beds and bedding, as well as their own generously sized en-suite bathrooms. The remaining three bedrooms are located alongside the villa and each has their own separate entrances right alongside the pool.
