We enjoyed our first visit to Costa Rica, Ray was an excellent host, with excellent communication. We loved the view and the outdoor space. We would recommend staying at this beautiful location anytime

The location is very good and provides you with a lot of options. You can easily walk to the Marina or to Flamingo Beach, which is one of the best in the area. There are a lot of food options close by, or, in our case, we walked down the hill and rented a car for a couple of days of local driving.

We had the most amazing time here! The location was perfect for our needs. The small beach at the bottom of the stairs was beautiful and quiet. The sunrise every morning was stunning, and the pool was clean and wonderful. We walked to the marina every night, caught the sunset often at Flamingo Beach, and ate at several local restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed in many different homes around the world and this absolutely one is our favourites. It was so well stocked and clean, and Ray was very helpful and responded immediately to all of my questions. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing view, very nice beach just a few steps away. Comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer!
