We booked the condo for a last minute getaway and we are so happy we did. Normally we stay on the Oceanside, but after staying sound side I am not sure if we will book Oceanside again. Having the view of the sound and the boats was such a great way to enjoy our morning coffee and evening wine. We saw dolphins, turtles and plenty of waterfowl. The condo had everything we needed and communication with our host was excellent. Can’t wait to stay here again!

What an amazing location. A short block to the beach on one side, a beautiful view of the bay on the other. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the water birds and the sunsets. The whole place was super roomy and very comfortable, with plenty of places to sit and relax. We walked along the beach to the boardwalk and to dinner most nights. Beds were comfortable, building is quiet, a/c worked great, instructions for getting in were spot on. I’d return in a heartbeat. The hosts were super responsive. When we arrived a worker was parked in our spot. We made a call and the host was on it. He also said they know people who live in the building full time that they can call for help, which can be really useful. A few things to know:* The listing warns to park all the way to the right in the assigned spot and they aren’t kidding. Our MDX fit fine, but the passenger side folks should plan on getting out so the driver can pull closer to the right to let people parked for other units get by. * The hot water has a distinctly swampy smell to it. I wrote to the hosts and they said this is common on the island. They leave bottled water in the fridge for guests. I took showers in the coolest water I could and was fine. I cannot think of a single other thing that wasn’t perfect. Highly recommend!

The condo was spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach and convenient to the Carolina beach Boardwalk. Few minor things some of the towels had small stains, Keurig was not cleaned from previous guests and baloney rail had some movement. Overall great place and highly recommended!
