Great time! House was clean. Kitchen was well outfitted. We were a large group, so we had both the upstairs and downstairs rentals. Ellicottville was a great spot for our group gathering, and the location and set-up of the house was perfect! Would definitely rent again.

We stayed 3 nights with 11 adults and 6 kids and had a great experience. The owners were very easy to work with and handled everything very quickly and efficiently. The property was perfect for our trip!

The pictures don't do the place justice because its even nicer in person. We were celebrating my good friend getting married and it fit everyone very comfortably and had a nice deck, fire pit, and backyard to enjoy. Hosts were super responsive and really easy to work with.
