Great location, easy to get to lake and Rec center. Tranquil backyard, lots of room. Super fun pool table.

Our stay at Brady’s house was absolutely amazing! The house was extremely clean, the property was in a perfect location, and the communication was fantastic. We had a few questions and Brady was easy to contact and very friendly. We would love to come back and stay at this property! Thank you Brady and family for letting us make the best family memories at your home.

Large kitchen & living area make for great space for family gathering. Smoke from Park Fire near Chico was a variable we did not expect (nor did anyone else!) so we'll have to return another time.

Brady's property is everything you would expect from a vacation rental. Immaculately clean, beautiful inside and out. After a long day of work, it felt like vacation! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked with more than everything we needed. And Brady let us know we were welcome to contact him if we needed anything else! Excellent customer service! Thank you, Brady! We would love to stay here again!
