Renia Hotel Agia Pelagia -Crete

The hotel is centrally located, you can hear the surf/waves at night. There is a pool for relaxing with lots of lounge chairs and tables for outdoor lounging. Florence was an extremely helpful host and offered assistance for an issue I had with Bookings.com

Très bel hotel, proche de la rue commerçante et du parking municipal (3€/jour). Le logement était bien équipé, propre et spacieux. La dame à l'accueil était très sympathique. Je recommande vivement !

I don't usually use hotels so cheap as they can be cheap for a very good reason however this was a business trip with me wishing to keep travel cost down so I tuck the chance. Honestly I am blown away by the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff are all very welcoming and helpful, I felt safe and taken care of, room has everything you need it's not very aestetic but very clean and comfortable. I am truly grateful for my time here its made me realize that it doesn't always matter on the cost of a hotel! From someone who is accustomed to 5* luxury I would advise anyone to humble themselves and say in a hotel like this that is very comfortable with a lovely traditional homely feel to it. The difference in hotel price for the same comfort means alot more money to spend in the local bars and restaurants, Speaking of the local shops and restaurants bring cash these people love cash! The location is also fantastic few minutes walk to the beach. Without a doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone thanks Mike and Florence I will no doubt see you again. Thank you

Florence nagyon kedves és segítő volt . Egész nap rendelkezésre állt . Közel volt a tengerpart , éttermek boltok .

A bútorzat nagyon régi , légkondicionáló nagyon gyenge volt , hajszárító is használhatatlan . Kevés és elavult evőeszközök . Ami elszomorító volt az a mosogató szivacs , vettem egy újat hogy el tudjak mosni 2 poharat amit használtunk. Tusolni nehezen lehetet mert kicsi volt a tér és mivel nem volt zuhany függöny sem így vízbe úszót a fürdő , csak kéz mosó szappan volt .
