The property was perfect for our family reunion. The yard was lovely and the location was perfect for day trips to local attractions.

Sue and Rakesh were very quickly available in communication and help as soon as I booked and during our stay. I did encounter a little trouble receiving the door access code-but called and they helped me right away. The cottage is exactly as pictured-bright, roomy, clean, lots of household supplies, an amazing welcome bottle of wine-an outstanding booklet of information about the cottage, surrounding area, emegency help details, pool instructions; bonus points for that! Labels on cupboard doors, so it was easy to find things in the kitchen-cool idea! I stayed the long weekend in May with my daughter and dog. Beautifully landscaped and the salt water pool was open and warm for us. The landscaping is so beautiful front and back. The neighbourhood is quiet and great for dog walking. 2 minute drive to major grocery store and eateries. Lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. Guest access to Prime and Netfilx. Excellent barbque-we used a few times, no problems. Outdoor garbage and recylce containers. We really enjoyed our stay-you will too if you book! Thank you again Sue and Rakesh! Sincerely Cynthia from Ottawa

Great

We enjoyed the cottage and particularly the pool. However we think the description has to be amended. We were expecting 2 full bathrooms but in fact there is only one (fairly small) "full" bathroom with bath + shower, toilet and basin. The other one was essentially a closet in one of the bedrooms with only a toilet and wash basin. It is also listed as having a gourmet kitchen but while the appliances where quite good there was a lack of cooking equipment (pots, pans etc.) The other thing that was disappointing was the fact that although we had specified that there would be 6 of us, the pull out queen bed we needed had not been made up and no linens were available to make up the bed. The owner was called and texted when we found the problem but there was no response until the next day. It is unacceptable not to have someone locally who can respond in a timely way to issues found in rental property. (In our experience of renting places, problems of some kind have arisen on a number of occasions.) We were however impressed with the cleanliness of the cottage and the space worked well for us. It is certainly a lovely area .
