While the inside of the home was fairly clean, the outside was not at all. Lots of empty beer bottles, dirty furniture and a non-functional dirty gas grill. There is also a couple of boards on the upper deck that have dry rot. Could be dangerous if someone step through them. The upside is the price is good and the home is large.

This is a great place to have a fun family or friends group trip! The extra room was great with Ms. PacMan and pool table! Hot tub was good, but tree dropping a bunch of stuff above, making it very difficult to keep clean. Us group of girls had a wonderful visit and hang session! Chairs in the kitchen are very uncomfortable! The couch had a very bad odor and nobody in our group could sit on it. Other than that, it was all great

Everything was great. The house was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was private and quiet. The only issue we had was that the grill was old and it did not heat up properly. The burners were rusted out so we were unable to grill out as planned. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. There was no chalk for the pool cue. We were only provided with 2 dishwasher detergent pods for our group of 7 for a 4 day stay. A couple extra would have been appreciated. Other than the minor issues, it was a great place to stay.

It was just ok. The place is clean and comfortable but there were a lot of brokeninaccessible things from the listing (two tvs, pool table, fire pit, and several more). I sent the property manager my long list and their reply was perfunctory at best. There was one large incident, the upstairs shower curtain fell out of its ceiling mount onto my daughter while showering. Maintenance told me this is a chronic problem. Seems like a liability to me. Luckily she wasn’t hurt. We went home a night early. If they fix the list of things I sent them, it could be a great stay.
