House was clean. They didn’t have a futon as shown in pictures in the loft so I wasn’t expecting to have the people sleep in the same bed. Island is floating not secured so be careful. We are big into cooking, pots and pans adequate but no real serving bowls or plates. A bit dated overall but good location to the fields. Would recommend they invest in some outdoor furniture. AC worked well.

Property was as pictured and check in and check out was very easy.

The host was very friendly, responsive, and quick to address questions or concerns. Overall, the home worked for our stay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The bathrooms and floors were not as clean as expected, the house was dusty, and the window sills were extremely dirty.The surrounding area felt a little concerning to us. We also noticed the bedroom door locks appeared to have been tampered with, and the front door lock needed repair, with exposed screws and a top lock that did not feel fully secure. Guests should also use caution with the water temperature, as it can become extremely hot and change quickly.We appreciated the host’s kindness and responsiveness, but improvements with cleanliness and the door locks would make the stay more comfortable.
