I feel this studio vacation rental is perfect for solo travelers who appreciates peace and quiet stay while having accessibility to the beach by walking few minutes only. The property has a vibe of historical having been originally built in 1941 and is surrounded by nature on all sides. The host, the neighbors are very friendly and quiet because this is a multifamily condominium with owner residents in addition to the vacation rentals. My experience this is South Beach without the traffic.

We really had a great stay. The apartment had all we needed for our stay. The pool area was great, too! We can really recommend this place!

Great stuff, nice cute room, nice to some cool areas!

The location was excellent and the apartment was as pictured. However, there were significant issues that impacted our stay:The walls are paper-thin - we could hear full conversations word-for-word from the neighboring unit, along with loud music at various times throughout the day and evening. This made it difficult to use the apartment during daytime hours. The pool was also too cold to use during our February stay. When we reported the noise issue to the host within 24 hours of arrival, they were dismissive, saying they had never had complaints about this and were surprised by our concerns. They said they would contact building management about the music but refused to address the conversation noise, calling it too complicated. They repeatedly told us to confront the neighbor ourselves. When we expressed concern about the thin walls being the core issue, the host became defensive and accused us of trying to suggest they were deliberately hiding something. We were able to manage by using a common area in the building for work/reading and wearing earplugs at night. If you're a light sleeper or planning to spend significant time in the unit, be aware of potential noise issues. The property works if you're just using it as a place to sleep and plan to be out most of the day.
