Great condo in a perfect location. Close to beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and things to do. We loved walking at Lakes Park and Cypress Slough Preserve and saw much wildlife. The weekly farmers market was wonderful too. Chancey was great and very responsive.

My wife and I stayed here for 56 days while we were looking for a house as we had just moved to Florida for a new job. The condo was very nice and my wife fell in love with the couch ,lol. Chauncy was very nice and easy to communicate with , we had a few problems with the property manager giving us parking citations when we had permits but besides that the stay was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend her place to any friends or family visiting the area.

Spacious 3rd floor 2BR 2BR condo in a friendly, well maintained community. Unit was clean, quiet, adequately equipped. Nice community pool and jacuzzi open during daylight hours.

Not enough insulation, so noise level was high, especially with so much construction still going on. No elevators, so I had to lug everything up to my third floor unit. No assigned parking
