The location was excellent for us.We were close to downtown and next to the river for walking and just sitting on the balcony to enjoy the people walikng and the river.The downside was doing laundry.We were not able to access it, but we made due.We would stay there again in the future.

Great location, amazing sunset views and close to downtown! While the place is overall clean the floors were not. Our crawling son had black legs after crawling for less than a minute. If you end up booking, pay attention for their email regarding rental agreement which without signing it you won’t get check-in instructions.

The check-in process was seamless, and the location is great. Direct access to the Deschutes River, and an easy walk into town. The condo however was a bit dated. And the carpets were so dirty that our feet were black if we walked around the area without shoes on.We had trouble with the A/C and I reached out to the owner/mgt co, and they addressed the issue quickly; however, they did not address our concerns about cleanliness or the faulty light in the bathroom.I would stay in this building again, but perhaps not this unit as it needs some updates and a thorough clean.

The main living area is up to date but the bathrooms in the kitchen are dated. Overall, the property was somewhat noisy with the people upstairs. You can hear everything through the floors. I don't think I would stay here again
