Great property, would definitely rent again. Excellent communication, everything pretty much as described. Price was great for our week. A few minor things like the dishwasher wasn't working properly and the coffee wasn't great/coffee pot lights were blinking red because it needed to be decalcified -- but all minor compared to the peace and quiet of the property itself. Note that you're not supposed to be walking around much beyond the house because of the property lines in the neighborhood (it looks and feels very private because the neighbors aren't close and the house is at the very top of the hill), so expect to drive out for hiking.

The house has great views and was very clean. It was great to sit in the hot tub at night and look at the stars and the view.

It was perfect

Very clean; easy texting and keyless entry. Restful, quiet and great views and hiking out the door. I'm happy I had a 4x4.
