Super clean, best location we have stayed in. Walkable to Omni, mini golf and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Host responded immediately to any requests we had. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here!

We loved our stay in this Beach Wood Villa at Amelia. Great location with easy access to the beach and the Shops at Omni Amelia Island. Kitchen, bedrooms, and layout worked great for a family of five. Pools, miles of beach, shops, restaurants, fishing ponds, and trails for teenagers to explore while mom and dad relax on the beach. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at this property a few weeks ago to celebrate my birthday. The property is a short walk across the street and down the boardwalk past the Omni to the beach and was decorated beautifully. The only complaint that we had was that the unit was in need of a deep cleaning - the floors were pretty dirty when we arrived and we noticed a number of cobwebs on lamps and tables.
