Holiday home in a quiet area a stone's throw from the shops and the beach of Sion sur l'Océan in Saint Hilaire de Riez. It consists on the first floor, of an entrance from the veranda with the equipped kitchen open to the living room; a master bedroom with 1 bed in 140, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 bed in 120 and 2 beds in 90, a living room with access to the terrace with a view of the sea in the distance, a bathroom and separate toilet. On site, 2 bicycles are at your disposal and possibility of renting bicycles in Sion itself. The location is ideal for walking or cycling along the Corniche towards Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and through the national forest towards Saint Jean de Monts. The house is not designed for our dear animal friends.
