Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description and the pictures speak very highly of the actual condo. The kitchen had everything mentioned and more. We stayed for a few days so it was nice having cleaning supplies, paper towels and a broom. Person laundry was also a bonus. The sofa bed was comfy, linens clean and soft. The ball ice in the freezer was my favorite it kept our cocktails cold while sitting by the pool. We fished the surrounding waters and caught sunnies, bass and tilapia. The pool was clean and refreshing. Definitely will stay here again!

Very nice apartment with comfortable seating and nice balcony overlooking the pool. The directions to the lifts/apartments could have been better. Host responded quickly to an issue we had. Disappointed not to have any recycling facilities in the complex.

Enjoyed golfing, pickleball, Laos in pool, working out in gym, trips to the beach and then dinners in historic Saint Augustine The condo was extremely well Equipt and clean
