The cleaners were still there at check in time, we were able to get in around 4:20pm instead of 4pm. Didn’t find body wash/shampoo until day 2, under the sink. The bedroom lighting in king room downstairs, was HORRIBLE. We couldn’t see anything unless the shades were open during the day. The fridge was leaking really bad about an hour after we checked in. And couldn’t get anyone to answer when I called so thankfully it finally just stopped leaking by the next morning. Ice machine in fridge didn’t work. When asked through the email/chat about it, it wasn’t acknowledged really just that, through chat was the best way to contact them. Minus the lighting in room, fridge ice not working and communication issue, the kids had a blast.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Went with a couple groups of friends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We had a blast and the place was super nice and clean. Hosts were amazing with communicating.

Such a wonderful cabin in a great location. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for my husband and I and our 6 grand children ranging in age from 2-16. Definitely something for everyone to do. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The cabin is in a location that is so close to so many attractions that we never drove more than 10 minutes to go anywhere. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again

Hot tub was hot enough. Cabin was ok. The heater in the cabin was not working properly.
