Host was very helpful and prompt in response when needed. House was clean and inviting, with plenty of toiletries, cookware and beach gear! Layout was unique, as stated in description: two separate floors, both only accessible through exterior doors. It worked fine for us as 3 adults, but if traveling with younger children, do consider that each floor has one bedroom and you may not want your children in a space alone at night if they need easy access to you. The house is in a peaceful quiet part of the island, still conveniently located to Cruz Bay as well as beaches on the other side of the island, via the National Park cut-through road. Renting a jeep was essential and made our stay there so fun, allowing us to go places on our own time, not having to depend on taxis. Visiting St John is SO worth it and staying at Fisher’s Perch is a great deal!

Amenities were spot on. We'll equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable!The provided beech equipment is always a plus!! Also easy to find with good roads.

Property was exactly as described. The views from the porches was awesome. Very convenient to getting to Cruze bay. All of us had a wonderful time.
