The home is absolutely beautiful! It is very clean and a great space for large groups. It is very close and accessible to the airport as well as Newport! Michi was also a lovely host and was very communicative!

The layout is ideal for family togetherness (family room open to kitchen) and for family personal space (separate living room). Two ensuite bedrooms have king-size beds... one of them also has a lounge area with two chairs. It's located on ground floor and is ideal for any older couple in your group. The furniture, rugs and other appointments are beautifully chosen. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host thought of everything, including labelling all of the light switches.

This house was perfect for our three-generation family weekend! It was in pristine condition on a lovely piece of property in a large, quiet residential area. There was plenty of room, and the bedroom configuration was perfect, for grandparents, two young families with toddlers and infants, and a single adult who likes quiet as well as board game time. This house provided ample space for all our different needs, and we would definitely stay here again!

The house overall is nice. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with the exception of the traffic noise in the mornings from the busy street in front of the house. Owner was very prompt with her responses. Disappointed with the amount of outdoor seating (4 chairs around a table and 2 Adirondack chairs) considering the home accommodates up to 10 people. Also you quickly run out of plates, glasses and silverware if accommodating 10 people as well. Probably the most disappointing part was not being able to sleep in the primary bedroom due to the sunlight that shines in through the front window and the two skylight windows directly above the bed. Owner did provide disposable sleep masks but if you aren’t accustomed to wearing those it’s impossible to sleep in. Which is part of vacationing and relaxing. Best solution would be to install higher curtains and some type of shades over the skylights. Think this maybe a new rental property as the owners have a very large list of “house rules.” Important to acquaint yourselves with them prior to renting this home. Overall we enjoyed our stay but probably would not rent here again as it wasn’t everything we expected.
