We stayed at the overlook early June for a wine event. It was perfect for two couples! Perfect location! A few minutes from the Seneca wine trail. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Wonderful location! Sound of the waterfalls was so relaxing! And the coffee shop downstairs was awesome! Would stay here again.

We loved the communication from Brittany to ensure we were able to easily find the location at a late night check in. She was so thoughtful to also text and send pictures to make it easy to find. She also included a gift card for coffee at the coffee shop downstairs that was very much appreciated. The coffee was INCREDIBLE! The home was clean and was equipped for us during our stay . The beds were comfortable and we loved having the beautiful falls right there to enjoy with our coffee daily!

The portable air conditioner units were so loud that it was difficult to hear each other when talking. It was also difficult to hear the televisions. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. Because of 2 reasons, we did NOT stay our last night.
