Lovely room and good location, staff were friendly
We arrived after 2pm and had to wait for an hour to get into our room, abit gutting after such a long travel day but after a trip to 7/11 and a seat in the reception all was fine, upstairs bar didn’t seem to be open at all but we did stay October time so understandable that it was slightly off peak, photos of the gym and pool were abit misleading but there was plenty to do around Bangkok that we didn’t end up using the facilities

Very clean, very nice staff, good food downstairs that delivers to room. Easy access so town, train and other local places.
Some Room amenities are missing, needs a bigger mirror and an iron. Is currently under construction so facilities are closed.

The property was new and clean. Everything in the room worked correctly and the rooms are actually spacious!
The staff was lovely, they helped us when we needed and they were really pleasing.
If you wanna visit the most important places in Bangkok, then this location is a little bit far. Close to the BTS On Nut, during the night it might take up to 50 minutes to reach the accommodation back from the center. 25 minutes by train from Siam and 40/45 min from Bangkok old town.

I went to the GYM and after trying alot the Air Conditioning was not working at all. Then I picked the Intercom to call at the reception, but the phone was also not working. Then after few tries, I left the gym and went to the reception for complain and after that I dont know if it is fixed or not because i never went back.
