This house was great, would definitely choose it again, the host was great and communicated well.

We had a great stay at Brian's place for our family trip. The space was exactly what we needed for our group of 11 (3 kids) - plenty of place to spread out and let the kids play. The swings/slide outside were fun for the kids and having the grassy space for them to run was nice. The kitchen was stocked with the basics - between the two kitchens we found most things we needed. The pantry was well stocked with basic spices and other things, which was helpful. All in all, it's a great place to stay. The listing showed 2 rooms with king beds and we arrived to one with twins. When talking with Brian, he offered to convert them to the king configuration, but we opted to leave it as it was. We had some minor issues with appliances, but Brian was quick to respond and help resolve. Great communication! We will stay here again with our group if we are in the area again.

Almost all the rooms had bathrooms and there are refrigerators upstairs and downstairs. Super pretty Mountain View’s from upstairs and the outside deck is awesome.

The host was great, always very quick to respond. The cleanliness of the property could have been better. Dishwasher wasn’t unloaded, microwave was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, wet towels were left in washer, iron wasn’t with ironing board, etc. Overall, it held out big family, but the steep stairs getting to the front door made it difficult for my aging parents—that would have been nice to knows and the play structure in the backyard is nice, but the yard isn’t fenced in and kids could fall off the rock wall easily.
