great location for both paddling on the sound and going to the beach. the house had a great lay-out too. we appreciated having bathrooms for all bedrooms plus an extra 2 half baths. the kitchen had everything we needed. we all easily fit around the dining table and there was a separate smaller table (good for puzzles) which was a nice bonus. the porches were all used and enjoyed. coffee on the top porch in the morning was wonderful. we love outdoor showers too so we really couldn't ask for anything more!

Beautiful views of the sound from every window. Lovely decks and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed kayaking right from the property to the sound and bay and close to everything. Will definitely come back here!

Resort realty was very accommodating with the few extra requests we had

although we potentially were involved in 2 bad storms- we only had one rainy day. the place was comfortable with plenty of amenities. pets were happy when we took them for sunrise beach walks. thank you for sharing your home with us.
