The Happy House made us Happy (to be silly). Laurie (Host) was very easy to communicate with. The house was as listed and simply gorgeous. I have rented a number of homes over the years for various occasions, and I have never seen one that well stocked (plates, glassware, etc.). You will not be disappointed renting this home. The Happy House is not on the beach, but the access is just a left and left and you're there. The porch/patio area furnishings were great and used on both levels. We had access to live TV through their YouTube streaming app which was very helpful over the FIFA World Cup 4th of July weekend. The beds are super comfortable and bedding and decor are GREAT. Two notes: the downstairs patio TV was INOP due to storm damage, which was a bummer simply because the World Cup was going on and we are sports buffs and the downstairs setup is so nice. The water, per showering, did not get extremely hot, as a guy, it was great, but my Lady requires the water to be steaming. Nothing that would stop us from renting it again. And the price point was Love for a last minute holiday booking. We were happily satisfied.

Great place

Loved the neighborhood, community beach and pool. The beach house was clean and roomy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was incredibly clean. The kitchen was well equipped with Keurig, large refrigerator, ice maker,Large dish washer and a washer & dryer.I love all the ceiling fans to keep the house cool without blasting the ac. The beds were really comfy, no sinks in the mattresses. The patio, and downstairs was really nice with seating. All my questions were answered up front as well. Best part, easy beach access via 10 minute walk across the street. Or, 1 mile drive with rocked parking lot access over boardwalk. I was very pleased.
