Family of 4 with 2 dogs. It was nice that the beds were made when we got there. The linen was provided which makes it easier when packing the car. The house had the AC set perfectly. There was a great outdoor shower. That part of the OBX is quiet and chill with great 4x4 beach access. There were beautiful sunsets and we saw the Milky Way at night!

We were either fishing in the sound or on the beach every day, so the time spent in the house was minimal. However, it was very clean and met out needs just fine. Commun-ication with the property manager was fantastic.
However, the yard needed to be cut when we got there and was never cut during the week. Still, not the worst thing in the world, but it would have been nice.

Based on a previous review we were very nervous about the condition of the property. The review had come out after we had booked our stay almost a year in advance. We were relieved when we arrived to see a tidy obx typical home. You can tell they have been remodeling and still have some things to finish but it was clean and worked great for my family. We were comfortable and thats what matters to us. The washer had to be replaced during our stay and a new one was delivered a few days later. Overall we were happy with our stay!
