We spent our anniversary weekend here and we had a great time! We are frequent visitors to Helen and the surrounding area but this was our first stay at this particular condo. The Coca-Cola decor is what caught my eye when looking to book a spot, it's so cute! The balcony has a great view of the river and is perfect for relaxing and watching all of the tubers come down the river! Close enough to walk to pretty much everything. The only thing I would advise is to drive a small car or small SUV. The parking spot for this unit is SMALL and is a shared entrance for parking at the neighboring condos which is covered parking so they need a little extra space when turning in to get under their building. Host was very responsive to emails and texts and always polite. Condo was clean and cozy.

Parking was adequate. The kitchen had everything needed saved was clean. A comfortable and pleasant experience.

Perfect location, clean and gorgeous view of the river

Found several bugs in kitchen and living room. Another chair in living area would have been good so both of us could enjoy the fire place. Ice in refrig. looked like it had been their for awhile. More pots and pans would have been nice for kitchen.
