Nice location. Lovely pool area and airy restaurant
Noise from corridors and connecting room . Walls thin. Breakfast chaotic first day and ran out certain items. Free shuttle to and from Tavira.

Nice rooms and reasonable selection of food. Clean, tidy and modern.
Have to taxi everywhere, but these are cheap enough.
Breakfast could be improved by chef visually making fresh omelette and pancakes to order.
A few of the staff could look happier in their work.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was nice.
The bathroom was very dated and needs a complete refurbishment.
Some small additions would enhance the stay, eg tissues, bathrobes.
No dedicated bar area - it feels like you're drinking in the restaurant. Level 3 would be ideal for a bar.
The shuttle bus into Tavira only operates in the late afternoon / evening on Fridays and Saturdays. Would be much better if it was available all week.

Food served at lunch was poor.
Room was not of superior quality - expected much better for such an expensive room.
My colleagues both experienced issues with their rooms - having to move

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, very comfortable stay and low key (relaxing!). The room was spacious and very clean, we loved the buffet breakfast and highly rate their restaurant! Excellent..."
