The boutique hotel is in a great location, one street back from the seafront. Piran is very walkable with many restaurant options. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is exceptional with fresh smoothies and eggs to order.

Location was perfect, very clean and no bad smells unlike other reviews, staff were very friendly and helpful

What a great hotel in a wonderful location 10 metres from the sea. The breakfast was excellent and Katya the manager is the perfect host.
There is no perking at the hotel but the hotel does haveis a secure car park nearby. You are then scheduled to the hotel via a small buggy. Whilst this facility works well the die tions to the car park using google and the info provided by the hotel is a little confusing so we would suggest making the directions to the hotel clearer.

Piran is beautiful and the Second Life Hotel (strange name?) has a fantastic location in the old town 30 seconds from the Adriatic. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and chef prepared eggs how you wanted, the cheese and ham omelette was very good.
I didn't like that our room was on the first floor located opposite the restaurant toilets. We couldn't get into the Hotel restaurant on the final night. Probably our fault for not booking!
