The house is on a quiet street just 3 minutes from Downtown Melbourne which houses the Henegar Center for the Arts, the Melbourne Civic Theatre and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants.
About 7 minutes from the closest beach access. Within walking distance to Tijuana Flats, Hamburger Mikes, Domino's Pizza and a CVS store. Also close driving distance from the Eau Gallie Arts district. The Eau Gallie Arts District offer the Foosaner Art Museum, the Rossetter Art Museum and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants. Other cool hangouts include Apocalypse Coffee Roasters for a chill night life and locally sources coffee along with great healthy breakfast/lunch options.

Guest access:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked utility closet.
Other things to note:
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

The charm and coziness of this property were wonderfully vintage and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean and in good working order. I was impressed by the hosts' and their team's responsiveness; communication was always wonderful. The place was just a few blocks from downtown Melbourne, and they were even kind enough to make some recommendations for places to visit nearby. Definitely helpful. Even though the property is near some local businesses, it's quiet and comfortable, and the internet service was super fast for some work time.

We were there for a college visit and the location was two minutes from the school. The appearance inside could have some upgrades. One weeks rental payment could improve things for the people that stay there. New kitchen sink so it looks like it wasn’t found on the street curb. I had to request for the main bathroom sink to be unclogged from the minute I stepped in the house. After I was told it was fixed, it wasn’t. An upgrade to the plumbing would be a great improvement. Going outside to the great patio in the backyard. Great place to hangout visit with my family I haven’t seen in seven years. The cushions on the only furniture out there mine as well not be there. There is nothing left of the foam inside them. A less than $200 fix. Those little things mean a lot to people looking to stay in a place they expect to be comfortable and clean.
For the rest of the place. The beds were incredibly comfortable!!! Bedrooms were very nice. The bottle of wine at the front door was nice. Not a wine drinker but my sister liked it. The main bathroom was nice and clean but the sink wouldn’t drain!
My sister did say she would stay there again! Just make those little changes.
