Highly recommend!

Good house

Adam (host) was very helpful from the get go! Prior to making our reservation I reached out to Adam to inquire about having a small get together for our UT grad prior to the campus wide commencement. Adam was quick to respond and assured us this would not be a problem. We booked our trip and everything went as planned. The location is perfect to the center of Austin and it made our trip easy peasy.

Just wanted to thank Adam for a great weekend. The house was everything we expected and more. My friends were impressed with the design and decor of the house including all the art. The open concept main floor was a great space for all of us to relax and enjoy each other's company. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The house was close to downtown and the highway so getting around was easy and convenient. I would defiantly recommend Adam's house to anyone visiting Austin. Adam is easy to communicate with and responds timely. Being fairly new to using VRBO and such services I was a little nervous but dealing with Adam put me at ease. We truly had a great birthday weekend.
