Our apartment, Le Mont Brenn, rated 4**** under the “Meublés de Tourisme” classification, is located just a stone’s throw from the banks of the Yonne River in Auxerre, Burgundy. Located in a small building on a quiet, low-traffic side street, this 40-square-meter historic apartment, with its exposed beams, has been fully renovated to provide you with excellent comfort during your stay and has been tastefully decorated. The apartment features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, pod coffee maker, dishes, and kitchen utensils, as well as a dining table. The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed to accommodate two additional guests, a flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, and access to Netflix. Games for the whole family, children’s toys, and books are available to keep you entertained in the evenings. A beautiful bedroom offers a peaceful place to rest in a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Organic bed linens are provided, as well as bath linens, including towels and bathrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit, and a wall-mounted cabinet, as well as a washer and dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The apartment is easily accessible as it is located on the first floor. A public parking lot located 20 meters away allows you to park your vehicle at any time. Self-check-in is available via a secure key box. Amandine and Tommy, your hosts, know the region inside and out. Amandine is a tour guide and can arrange guided tours and tasting tours in the region.
