The house and accommodations were perfect. We had a hard time with a few things. We couldn’t get hot water in the game room showers until the last day. We never got to use the arcade or fun string lights at night due to the electricity not working properly.

Great property and great value. Host was very communicative and the check in process was seamless. The barn was the big hit with our family. Great place to hang out with plenty to do for the kids. Property is super close to the Kemah Boardwalk which is a must do if you are from out of town.

The house, pool and out building needed some tlc. Broken window blinds, green growing in the pool and the 2 bathrooms in the barn have no air or ventilation so entire family used the upstairs main house bathroom. It was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone (10 adults and 5 kids). Location was great to avoid big crowds and traffic. Several very good restraunts close.

The stay with our kids and grandkids was priceless. The main house was pretty clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The fireplace was burnt through, grill dirty, gameroom very hot and smelled of dog pee and one room in gameroom was not cool and smelled of dog pee. I contacted the host about air in room and there was no resolution . The house needs major upkeep as far as indoor and outdoor furniture. The cleaning people and host were nice but I dont feel the host wants to spend on making it comfortable enough for a vacation spot for families. Alot of things were broken.
